What do we actually do?

The answer to one of our most asked questions.

But first, a bit of context.

In 2021, our Founder Jenna Hill, was the MD of CHILL Gas Ltd, running it alongside her husband, Carl.

Covid worked out to be a very successful time for CHILL Gas and Jenna & Carl considered investing in property. However, they lived close to Jenna’s parents who also had a plumbing and heating company. They too dabbled in property, so Jenna and Carl decided to do something different.

Randomly, a beauty salon came up for sale, advertised on Instagram Stories by an Accountant and Jenna thought ‘why not.’ They already had one business, so how difficult could investing in another be.

A few months later and the first Small Business Acquisition was through.

4 years later and FIA Investments now has; a beauty salon, bridal boutiques, barber shop, plumbing & heating business, HR consultancy…..
